Dercon Construction reimagined this Shoreview home with a full main-level renovation focused on openness, storage, and sophisticated design. The project included a complete kitchen overhaul, removal of dividing walls to improve sightlines, creation of a dedicated pantry and prep areas, updated plumbing and electrical, and a unified floor-to-ceiling aesthetic that brings cohesion to the entire space.

Our goal was to blend modern functionality with classic, enduring design. The result is a kitchen and main level that support both effortless daily living and seamless entertaining.
